Stay very clean and tidy but, there is no view from the apartment. When you walk out the front door, you stare into a concrete wall.
I will recommend you to all my acquaintances and friends. I will definitely use you guys again in the future. No extra charges, friendly service and staff were extremely helpful.
For the cost per day I assumed there would be room service. Was disappointed.
We really enjoyed the holiday.
My honeymoon stay was 3 nights long and not once was our hotel room serviced in anyway. No new sheets nor new towels. The pictures gives the impression you've got a balcony view but when you arrive you find out you've booked a room at the back looking at a slab wall. The beds were horribly hard, had so much back ache.

Accommodation that gets no sun 24/7/365. No view. Master bedroom basically without a window. I'm looking for a bin in the kitchen and outside should be a washing line. Television channels very poor, probably the worst I have ever experienced. Exterior lights of hotel at front door very dim. Can barely see where to walk. Hotel corridor lights are turned off to save power - very bad choice.
The apartment was very neat/clean and large. The location is ideal, you can view so many places without having to drive far. Pool and lake views were definitely a treat.
Everything was in order and comfortable. It's quite cheap and quiet and peaceful. Good for business travel. Just miss WiFi.

For our goal off season unity was 100%. Everything was clean and tidy. Noise from movement in corridor (outside bedroom window) can be disturbing during rest. Personally, we would have preferred carpets in front of the bed. The floor is cold and sterile. With hot tap open there is a loud hissing sound in the living room.
The unit itself was very luxurious but with the unit within the Riviera Hotel the hotel can only step up and upgrade with cleanliness on the various floors as well as the reception room.
Only change I would make is a TV in the room, thank you very much for the nice clean apartment and nice stay.
The unit was very cute and had everything we would need. The bed in the master bedroom is terribly hard and we got little sleep. There were not enough towels or toilet paper provided. The hotel itself did not want to accommodate us because unit 18 is a private unit and not part of the hotel. The towels also smelled a bit. The floors and carpets were extremely dirty. I have a crawling baby and the dirt and stuff that got on her hands and clothes was really unpleasant. Apart from that we had a nice stay, beautiful view of the lagoon, friendly reception, apartment has nice facilities. We had to stay a day longer than planned, and the owner was so accommodating and very nice!
Was the best location for my honeymoon my husband and I really enjoyed our stay, will definitely do it again.
We were a bit disappointed, thought the house looked out on the river and lawn. What is at the back are paving stones which make it difficult for a baby to crawl. Also very nice.
The advertising image that is created is extremely misleading and the so-called fine print re the location should be much more prominently substantiated. Positive: Very pleasant, spacious and adequately equipped accommodation. The fact that the hotel's facilities could be used (swimming pool, bar and restaurant) are plus points. Negative: The location of the accommodation in the hotel complex is less pleasant: rear against high embankment with no view, resulting very dark bedroom and bathroom with limited natural light and air flow, no air conditioning, bedroom location directly next to the corridor limits privacy and late night disturbing pedestrian traffic. Recommendations: A lockable safe and a functional standing fan (roof fans (2x) minimal impact).
The no 18 I got to stay in is a very nice and tidy place, but no toilet paper, soap, face towel, room cleaning service. Nice new TV with all the necessities for self-catering.

The apartment provides you with all the basic things you need. It's nicely decorated and the atmosphere is fantastic. Quiet and peaceful apartment. Nice space for the children to play.
We had a great stay and the apartment was well equipped. The hotel's people were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant, swimming pool and playground in the hotel only make it even more convenient to stay there with small children.
Pleasant accommodation. Spacious unit. All of the items for self-catering, except for the lack of towels. Were informed too late that the towels are not included.
